How the marketplace fee works
LogisDR brings nearby customers to your dock. When one books your services through the marketplace, we take a percentage of that booking — 4% on Free, down to 1% on Enterprise. It's netted out of the payout automatically, so there's nothing to invoice. Customers you bring in yourself never carry a fee.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — no card required. You get the full receiving and outbound pipelines, photo proof, and invoicing, with room for 25 locations and 3 staff. You only ever pay a marketplace fee on bookings we bring you.
How does the marketplace fee work?
When a customer books your services through LogisDR, we take a percentage of that booking — 4% on Free, down to 1% on Enterprise. It's netted out of your payout automatically. Customers you bring yourself are always fee-free.
Why upgrade if the fee already gets me customers?
Two reasons: a paid plan lowers your marketplace fee (which pays for itself at volume), and it unlocks analytics, custom branding, more scale, and — on Enterprise — featured placement and API access.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing date. No contract, no setup fee.
